Full details of your booking with Holiday.co.uk will normally be available to
view on this link 24 hours after booking. There are certain exceptions and
should you not be able to access your reservation this does not mean there is
any problem. In these instances details of your reservation will be posted to
you within 7 days.

Errors
Should you note any errors on your confirmation PLEASE DO NOT CALL. E Mail on accounts@holiday.co.uk . Holiday Express has a process where all
bookings are manually checked. This process can take up to 24 hours. Bookings
made Friday- Sunday will be checked on Monday. We suggest that you review your
booking at a later stage to ensure it is correct.
Discounts
Where you have paid by DEBIT CARD you may find that a credit card charge has
been added to your holiday cost and then reversed out as a discount.
Tickets
Tour operators normally issue their tickets some 7 days prior to travel. As soon
as tickets are received they are dispatched the same day.
Ticket on Departure
Your booking details will act as your TOD document.
Balance Payments
Balance payments can be made either by cheque or on line by clicking on ‘make a
payment'.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone – they must be made in writing or
by E-Mail.
Amendments to your reservation
Should you wish to amend your booking in any way you should e-mail accounts@holiday.co.uk Please note any amendments to your reservation
will incur a Holiday Express charge of £10 per person plus any charge made by
the operator.
