Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands, and easternmost of the major islands of Greece in the Aegean Sea. It's coastline spans about 220 km and boasts many fine beaches.
The coastline is a beach lover's dream with sandy bays and quiet coves, with clear seas, to spend the day.
As well as being steeped in interesting history, there are also a plentiful supply of shops, bars, restaurants and clubs so you can either party until dawn or enjoy a quiet meal.
